Payment Terms

After you have reviewed the safari itinerary and options, you can make your safari payment securely online using any acceptable credit/debit card, cash on arrival or bank wire transfer.

A 30 % deposit is required at the time of booking to secure hotel rooms, and the 70 % remaining balance is due 45 days before the start of the safari.
Cancellation & Refunds

In the event that we cancel a booking with a hotel, or local airline, they will charge us a cancellation fee, but we strive to keep these fees to a minimum.
- There is also an applicable cancellation fee if the number of travelers is reduced, the duration of stay is cut short, or a paid service is removed from the itinerary.

Reservations can be canceled 72 hours after payment with no cancellation fee.

There will be a 30% cancellation fee if you cancel more than 45 days before your departure date.

Any cancellation within 14 to 45 days before departure will be charged a 70% cancellation fee.

Any cancellation between 0 to 14 days of the itinerary’s start will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Our cancellation policy requires you to notify us by email at cancellation@realafricatravel.com , or by phone at +14044310331, and your cancellation must be acknowledged by e-mail. Your cancellation notification is invalid if Real Africa Travel has not issued an acknowledgement email.
